Prez vs. Dracula!
Prez and Eagle Free are visiting the Republic of Moravia where, thanks to U.S. aid, they were able to build a canal for better irrigation of the Moravia's crops.
But unknown to the Prez at the time the canal drains all lakes and reservoirs from neighboring Transylvania and his royal highness Count Dracula the First is not happy. He sends his diplomat, Wolfman, to the United States.
